About My Approach

Being a foodie myself, I am always experimenting with new approaches and learning healthy ways to balance good nutrition with the love of eating. For me, having a positive relationship with food is crucial since the food we eat nourishes our bodies and provides essential nutrients it requires to grow, flourish and rejuvenate from the inside out. As a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, I understand that the best way to achieve our life’s goals is to take a proactive and integrative approach to be healthy and happy. That's why my mission is simple: give my clients the wellness education, and tools and resources that they need to feel happy, healthy, and capable of managing life’s pressures. I provide comprehensive services to guide and help you feel the confidence and support you need to overcome your challenges.

As a Holistic Nutritional Consultant, I’ve been helping women find their optimal wellness by understanding their habits and lifestyle choices. I aim to create a life balance that prioritizes your well-being and celebrates all aspects of your true self incorporating mindful and intuitive eating practices and body positivity techniques. I work one-on-one with you to guide you along your individual health journey utilizing coaching and nutrition counselling methods to help you reach your goals.
